📣 Expressions of Interest | Destination Management Plan & Regional Events Strategy
Fraser Coast Tourism & Events is seeking proposals from suitably qualified consultants to undertake two complementary pieces of work for our region:
🌴 Destination Management Plan (DMP)
🎪 Regional Events Strategy
The briefs for both projects are available for your consideration.
While we are inviting submissions for either aspect of the work, we welcome proposals to deliver both projects. We see significant synergies between the Destination Management Plan and the Regional Events Strategy, and believe an integrated approach will help ensure strong alignment, efficiency and consistency across both pieces of work.
For reference, we have also included copies of the previous Destination Management Plan and Events Strategy. These documents are provided to assist consultants in understanding the regional context and the evolution of this work. They should not be considered a benchmark or prescribed model for the new strategies, and we welcome fresh thinking and innovative approaches.
